While we make every effort to display products accurately, colours and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography conditions.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. In the event that an ordered item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
We accept the following payment methods: major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout.
Payment is collected at the time your order is placed. We use secure, encrypted payment processing and do not store your full payment details on our servers.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Ordering Process
To place an order, add items to your cart and proceed through our checkout process. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully submitted — this constitutes acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance.
A binding contract between you and Zerowrink is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued promptly.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction that provides statutory withdrawal rights (including but not limited to the European Union, United Kingdom, and other applicable regions), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period by contacting us at our official email address. You must then return the item(s) in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached within 14 days of notifying us.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been personalised, sealed hygiene products that have been opened, or items that are clearly not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
6. Complaints & Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.
Depending on the nature of the issue, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion: repair, replacement, or a full refund. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
To submit a complaint, please contact our customer service team via email. We aim to respond to all complaints within 3 business days and to resolve issues within 14 business days.
General wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or issues arising from failure to follow care instructions are not covered under this warranty.
Restricted Regions
We do not offer our products or services to customers located in regions subject to international trade sanctions or export restrictions, including but not limited to countries designated by the relevant authorities of the United States, European Union, or United Nations. By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in, any such restricted region. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we determine, at our sole discretion, may violate these restrictions.
